It can happen that a team accepts a big idea and makes long term plans to implement it. During a "long" time things happen and maybe the plan needs to change, even if it already started its implementation and even if it's close to being done.
Sometimes it happens that even small changes, features or other contributions, get rejected after they were approved.
Sometimes a change is submitted with high hopes by an innocent soul and a cruel -2 with a one-liner comment squashes, destroys, annihilates a soul.
How shall we as a community deal with change of plans, rejections, annoying people, annoying processes? Where can/shall people go to express frustration, happiness, complaints and praises?
