Go over semantic versioning, how its being used in oslo and how we can use it better to help alleviate the issues that could (and likely will) be caused by having many new libraries. To avoid breaking core openstack projects with library versions, API changes (or other feature additions/removals) we need to make sure we are all on the same page with regards to versioning.
